How does the Quality Champions Hiring Platform Work?

  • Quality Science Education Students are given a user license (all costs covered by scholarship) from Quality Champions for Life, and fill out a profile about themselves.

  • Your profile includes typical information such as Name of School attending, Majors, Minors, GPA, resume, Handshake and/or LinkedIn profiles if applicable, where you would be willing to live and work, etc.

  • The Corporate Member Companies engaged through Pathway for Patient Health can search and filter the hiring platform to find students who meet their criteria. These Corporate Members then reach out to the students with opportunities to which they can apply. They find you!!

  1. How much does it cost to participate in the Quality Champions Hiring Platform?

    • The cost is covered by 100% scholarship for students enrolled in the Quality Science Education Program. Our philanthropic partner, Pathway for Patient Health, pays the user license fee for each student (~$140 per person per year).

  2. How soon can I join the Quality Champions Hiring Platform?

    • Students may participate in the Quality Champions Hiring Platform as soon as they start taking the first course.

  3. What if I complete the Quality Science Education Program over the course of 4 years? Will I be able to access the Quality Champions Hiring Platform throughout this time?

    • Yes! We ask students at the beginning of every semester if they are still interested in remaining active in the Quality Champions Hiring Platform. If we receive a “yes”, then the student can remain in the platform.

  4. What if I start the program in undergraduate school, then complete it in graduate school?

    • As long as you start the Quality Science Education Program while you are a student, then you will remain active throughout your academic career.

  5. What if I graduate, and don’t have a job?

    • Quality Champions is committed to your success as a person. You are able to continue using the Hiring Platform for up to a year after graduation.
